Ordered 28", received 26" — mismatch never resolved
I ordered fenders using a link I had saved specifically for the 28" set, but the order confirmation I received (which I admit I didn't check carefully at the time) showed 26". When the wrong-size fenders arrived, I contacted customer service. They were polite and pointed me to the correct 28" product page, but showed no interest in investigating how a saved link to a 28" item could have resulted in a 26" order — it was simply treated as my mistake and the case closed there.
Since returning the item from Denmark at my own expense isn't worthwhile, I've had to accept the loss on a product I'd been wanting for years. I'm not claiming the warehouse made an error, but something clearly went wrong along the way, and there was no willingness to look into it or offer any kind of goodwill gesture. Product page and pricing seem fine — it's the lack of curiosity about a genuine discrepancy that left me disappointed.
